The Longhorns will compete at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships May 3-5 at Baylor.

Spencer Dunkerley-Offor, Senoj-Jay Givans, Nikolai Horbovetz, Craig Irvin, Spencer McCloud, Parks McNeil and Robert Uhr will join UT in the fall.

The highlights of the day included victories by Ryan Crouser (shot put) and Will Spence (discus), as well as three Longhorns clearing 17 feet in the pole vault.

Ryan Dohner nearly set the UT record in the 5,000, while Kyle Merber and Trevor Van Ackeren moved into the top 10 of the West Region's 1,500m performers list.

Rory Tunningley improved his chances of advancing to the NCAA West Regional with an impressive performance Thursday at the Mt. SAC Relays.

The No. 6 Men's Track and Field team will serve as host to the Longhorn Invitational on Saturday at Mike A. Myers Stadium.
