Texas graduate student-athlete Julien Alfred breaks down the Longhorns' collegiate record time of 41.55 seconds in the women's 4x100m relay, along with her first place runs in the 100-meter and 200-meter semifinal races, running 10.99 in the 100 and 22.33 in the 200 at the NCAA Division 1 Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin. Texas lowered its own mark of 41.89 from May 14 at the Big 12 Championship in Oklahoma, trailing only performances by national teams from the United States, Jamaica, East Germany and Russia in global history.
